The new Naturebright Inspiration Per 3 is a bright white LED dawn simulator combined with an alarm clock. In the morning the lamp gradually brightens, so your body clock "knows" it's almost time to rise. Only then will the gentle buzz of the alarm clock wake you thoroughly. Once you're awake you can angle the lamp so you receive your daily dose of light therapy.
It can also be used at night time as a great reading lamp as it is fully adjustable and dimmable. It is much kinder to your eyes than regular reading lamps as it uses glare-free daylight rendered LED bulbs, which stay cool. They use only a tenth of the power of normal bulbs yet are ten times brighter and never need replacing. The digital display can be dimmed as well, so it doesn't disturb you when you are sleeping.
