Like all internal health, just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean you can forget about it, and that’s exactly what a lot of women out there do when it comes to exercising their pelvic floor muscles. 

By strengthening your pelvic floor this will strengthen the muscles that support your vagina, urethra, bladder, uterus and rectum areas.  This will in turn aid those with bladder inconsistencies, menstrual problems and sexual health i.e. increase sensitivity in the area to allow for greater stimulation to be felt.
