Black Cohosh, Bladderwrack, Damiana, Dong Qui, Gotu Kola, Liquorice, Sarsaparilla, Saw Palmetto, Squaw Vine
Dilute 20-30 drops (1ml) of herbal liquid extract in a quarter of a glass (about 50 ml) of water. Take three times a day, unless otherwise recommended. Herbal liquid extracts contain alcohol. If required, alcohol can be removed by diluting the liquid extract in boiling water which evaporates the alcohol without damaging herbs.
