Two or three sets will probably be sufficient for one period. If you have enough pads to last through your period you can wash them all at the same time at the end of your period.
To use the product put the folded pad in the pad pocket and attach using the snaps on the pad wings. Place two pads into an outer pocket when you require extra absorption

After use soak pads in water a small bucket.
