Deluxe Lunapanties are certified 100% organic cotton underwear that have a 9" (23cm) long panel made of 2 layers of 100% cotton fleece and 1 layer of ultra-thin nylon sewn permanently into the gusset, plus ric-rac bands to hold Liners for added absorbency. Suitable for light, average or heavy menstrual flow. The nylon lining and ability to add liners make it suitable for post partum maternity underwear and as incontinence underwear.
