"I never considered dying my eyelashes until I lived in Germany. Mascara always left a mess, so I never wore it. The first time I had my eyelashes dyed, I was convinced. Dying makes your lashes seem longer and thicker by darkening them and tinting the light-colored tips. It lasts for about six week. I tried getting my eyelashes dyed here in the United States, but the dye was not as good and did not last as long (it also costs $15 to $20 each application, never mind the trouble of making a salon appointment). I ordered Swiss O Par dye, and I have not regretted it. I dye my eyelashes black (they look velvety black), and I dye my mom's eyebrows brown.
