Dilute 20-30 drops of herbal blend in a quarter of a glass of water. Take three times a day. One 100ml bottle lasts 1 month if taken regularly. Herb extracts are based on alcohol which can be removed if required, by adding recently boiled water to the herbal blend. Alcohol evaporates without damage to the herbs.
