BrainChild's main supplements are called the Spectrum Support formulas. These are two-part liquid supplements. This particular formula is Part A, the Vitamins. It is intended to be taken with Part B, the Minerals, three times a day with meals. We offer both the vitamins and minerals in various forms, so you can choose the best combination for your child or yourself. We recommend that you use BrainChild supplements under the supervision of a medical practitioner.

This formula is a medium-intensity multivitamin for neurological and metabolic support. BrainChild recommend you start with a low-intensity formula and see how the user is doing, before using this more intense formula. If moving up from the milder version, you have a choice of 2 formulas, depending on the user's need for additional Vitamin B6. This version contains the more potent 'active' P5P form of vitamin B6, whereas the PAK version contains a milder pyridoxine form of vitamin B6. If in doubt, BrainChild recommend you use the PAK version first.
