BrainChild's main supplements are called the Spectrum Support formulas. These are two-part liquid supplements. This particular formula is Part A, the Vitamins. It is intended to be taken with Part B, the Minerals, three times a day with meals. We offer both the vitamins and minerals in various forms, so you can choose the best combination for your child or yourself. We recommend that you use BrainChild supplements under the supervision of a medical practitioner.

This formula is a medium-intensity multivitamin for neurological and metabolic support. BrainChild recommend you start with a low-intensity formula and see how the user is doing, before using this more intense formula. If moving up from the milder version, you have a choice of 2 formulas, depending on the user's need for additional Vitamin B6. This "+PAK" version contains a milder pyridoxine form of vitamin B6, whereas the other contains the more potent 'active' P5P form of vitamin B6. If in doubt, BrainChild recommend you use this "+PAK" version first.

NOTE: Each version of this supplement contains 20 mg of vitamin B6. The Original (P5P) version contains 20 mg of the more potent, "active" P5P form of vitamin B6 . The PAK version contains 20 mg of the pyridoxine form of vitamin B6, and is more suitable for people who do not need higher amounts of vitamin B6, or for those just starting on the supplements.
